AC Repair and Cooling Services
Your AC is down and the house is getting hotter by the hour. Call us and we’ll show up to diagnose and fix your system quickly. Same-day or next-day across Garland, Richardson, Plano, and northeast Dallas.
Get a Thorough Diagnostic
When you call us, here’s what you can expect: A licensed technician arrives at your door with a truck stocked with common parts (capacitors, contactors, fan motors) and the tools to diagnose your system on-site. We’ll perform a full inspection of your AC system including electrical components, refrigerant levels, mechanical condition, thermostat operation, and airflow.
Once the inspection is complete, you get a clear explanation of what’s wrong and what the repair will cost. We can often fix it that same visit since the truck carries the parts for the most common failures. If you want to take the diagnosis and get a second opinion somewhere else, that’s fine too.
Who Shows Up Matters
Most HVAC companies send whoever they have available. You don’t know if you’re getting someone with years of experience or someone still learning on the job.
At Air Central, we take pride in our hands-on approach. Over fourteen years of field experience back every diagnosis and every repair. That goes for all of our technicians. We expect our work to meet a high bar no matter who performs the job.
When you call, you’re going to speak with somebody who will actually help get the job done the right way.
Brands and Systems We Service
Air Central repairs all major residential AC brands, including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman, and York. We work on split systems, mini splits, and standard central air units.
We diagnose and repair the equipment already in your home regardless of who installed it or what name is on the unit. For new installations, we’re an authorized Amana dealer with access to their full residential lineup and warranty coverage.
Questions About AC Repair
Most calls are scheduled same-day or next-day. We serve a focused area across Garland, Richardson, Plano, Allen, Sachse, and surrounding cities, which keeps drive times short and availability high.
No. The diagnostic service fee is a standalone fee that covers the trip, the on-site inspection, and the diagnosis itself. Repair costs are quoted separately after the inspection. If you decide not to proceed, you keep the full diagnosis.
If it’s not on the truck, we order it and schedule a return visit. You’ll know the cost and the timeline before anything moves forward.
Yes. We service all major residential brands. Amana is what we install for new systems, but repairs are brand-agnostic. If it heats or cools your home, we can work on it.
We’ll tell you. If a repair doesn’t make financial sense given the age or condition of the equipment, we’ll lay out your replacement options with no pressure. Financing is available for new installations through our Acorn Finance partner.
